102 mile route from either Ilfracombe or Bude on the north coast of Devon to Plymouth on the south coast. Wonderful route taking in coasts, estuaries and beaches, plus The Granite Way on the flank of Dartmoor, the Plym Valley Trail and the famous Tarka Trail.
171 mile route from the west to east coasts of Scotland, passing through Glasgow and Edinburgh. Starting at Gourok on the Clyde, with views across to the Highlands, the route follows a traffic-free path almost to the centre of Glasgow, then follows the river Clyde east of the city. Beyond Airdrie another traffic-free route carries you across the central plateau through a much admired sculpture trail. Then down through a country park and canalside trails into Edinburgh.
